Job Description

You will lead a small team of Insight Analysts, guiding them to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that drive business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs and provide valuable insights using advanced analytics techniques and industry-leading tools.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Insight Analysts, fostering their growth and development.

  • Create visually compelling and interactive data visualizations using industry-leading tools.

A proven track record in data analytics projects, combined with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, including Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Python, is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing small teams, with a focus on capability development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A creative and curious mindset, always seeking to improve and innovate in data analysis and visualization.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
