We are seeking a highly skilled Data Driven Leader to join our team, based in Sydney, Australia or South Africa. As a key member of our Analytics and Data Science team, you will be responsible for leading the development of data-driven solutions, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, retain, and develop a team of Delivery & Translation leads, setting standards, driving behaviors, and creating frameworks for team operations.
  • Project Management: Implement Agile/Waterfall PM practices, ensuring efficient project delivery, managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Lucid.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and achievements clearly and consistently.
  • Analytics Translation: Bridge the gap between business goals and advanced analytics possibilities, defining analytical use cases, and translating business needs into data and analytical requirements.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Relevant qualifications such as PSM1/CSM/A-CSM, PSPO1/CSPO/A-CSPO, ICP, ICP-APM, PMBOK, or BABOK.
  • Extensive Experience: Proven track record in project management, business analysis, and Agile implementation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools, experience with data management, software development, and analytics.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Strong leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support the team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a hybrid remote work arrangement, enabling you to balance your work and personal life.
