Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Quality Assurance Specialist to manage end-to-end warehousing operations with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control the quality and quantity of incoming and/or outgoing goods through detailed inspection processes, ensuring accurate and reliable data management.
- Maintain quality data using relevant software and forms, implement preventative measures to ensure high-quality outputs, and analyze and report quality issues to external and internal stakeholders.
- Review relevant processes, isolate errors, verify correct processes, and ensure all required quality standards are met at all times.
- Analyze internal and external errors including customer complaints using root cause analysis; implement preventative measures and optimize quality processes.
- Create and maintain all relevant documents in accordance with ISO standards, guaranteeing seamless integration with existing procedures.
- Use co-packing software and other tools; contribute to proposals for new solutions to improve co-packing processes, fostering innovation and efficiency.
- Deliver and explain various quality control reports as required, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse quality assurance, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments, demonstrating expertise in quality management principles.
- Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory standards, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS), leveraging knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage CAPA, deviation reports, and change control processes, providing meticulous attention to detail and quality.
- Skilled in conducting internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews, utilizing technical expertise to address complex issues.
- Ensure compliance in storage conditions, including temperature and humidity monitoring, safeguarding product integrity and reputation.
- Oversee batch record evaluations and release of relabelled/repackaged products, maintaining accuracy and reliability.
- Manage processes for returned, rejected, or recalled goods, applying problem-solving skills to minimize disruptions.
- Act as key contact for regulatory authorities and customer audits, communicating effectively and professionally.
- Support commercial teams during RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs with quality-related input, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, building trust and rapport with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation, driving business growth and success.
