Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns across various media touchpoints.

You will work closely with our production coordinator to deliver printed and experiential activations, as well as manage workflows in PlanHub to ensure assets are deployed correctly across in-store digital touchpoints.

In this role, you will also partner with our Sales, Commercial, and Data teams to create a best-in-class advertiser experience. You will connect with third-party delivery and solution partners to support SLA delivery, ensure hardware is online, optimize inventory, and validate reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating briefs into system-ready bookings following content approval and delivery processes.
  • Planning and delivering campaigns across multiple media touchpoints with timely inventory availability.
  • Applying a continuous improvement approach to processes, addressing pain points, and sharing best practices across the team.
  • Partnering with our Analytics team to optimize targeting for campaign performance.
  • Deploying creative assets across owned channels (in-store, digital, and audio).
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign delivery and performance with third-party partners.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify potential new inventory opportunities.
  • Providing training and support to clients on self-service platforms.
  • Keeping stakeholders updated on upcoming activity.
  • Supporting the Sales team in creating collateral and campaign documentation, particularly around new media inventory.
  • Working with our media billing coordinator to provide transparency of upcoming and inflight campaigns for accurate invoicing and financial workflows.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager in identifying efficiencies in process, service delivery, and cost to maintain a lean operating budget.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in Retail Media (retailer or brand side); OR 4+ years in a marketing coordinator/ad coordinator role managing end-to-end campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in an administrative role, spending a lot of time in an operating platform.
  • Understanding of shopper path-to-purchase, media landscapes, and consumer behavior.
  • Positive attitude, passion for digital and retail media.
  • Experience/exposure to Google Suite, Excel, and PlanHub is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or Advertising preferred.
