The role of a Field Service Technician is a key position within our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Field Service Technician.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled individual to undertake the installation, maintenance and repair of laundry equipment. This will involve working with commercial and industrial sites across Sydney, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently. This will involve troubleshooting any issues that arise and providing excellent customer service at all times.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

  • Repair and maintain laundry equipment
  • Install into commercial and industrial sites
  • Fault find and troubleshoot as required
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • An unrestricted electricians license or relevant experience

Applicants must also have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field and be technically capable of interpreting electrical schematic diagrams/drawings.

In addition, they must be familiar with health and safety regulations and hold a valid and in-date driving license.

For international applicants requiring visa sponsorship, you must meet the requirements set out by the Australian Department of Home Affairs, including passing an English proficiency exam.
