Job Overview

  • Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks

  • SUPERVISING CONTRACTORS AND ENGINEERING STAFF TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE MAINTENANCE OUTCOMES
  • ORDERING SPECIALIST COMPONENTS, FIXTURES, OR FITTINGS AS REQUIRED
  • CREATING AND IMPLEMENTING MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES TO ENSURE EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY
  • MANAGING STOCKS OF SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT TO MINIMIZE WASTAGE AND OPTIMIZE RESOURCES
  • KEEPING ACCURATE RECORDS OF FAULTS AND REPAIRS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
