Job Title: Team Coordinator

The Team Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to coordinate and schedule services for clients.

You will take ownership and responsibility for a group of front line caregivers and clients, working closely with our Relationship Management System (RMS) to ensure seamless service delivery.

This is an onsite position located in our Coniston office, just 300 meters from the local train station, allowing for easy access to public transport.

We are looking for an organized individual who can prioritize tasks effectively, communicate clearly with colleagues and clients, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinate client services and caregiver schedules using RMS to meet client needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional phone support to Client Services and Administration team members, including participating in a rotating on-call roster
  • Support the Administration Team to achieve operational goals and objectives
About You
  • Aged Care experience or understanding of the SCHADS Award is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role
  • Proficiency in standard office software, such as MS Office Suite, is also required
