Job Role: As a Health Advisor, you will provide proactive advice and assistance on injury and health matters to operational personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise operational personnel and management on injury, health and medical matters.
  • Promote proactive intervention measures to assist in early return to work of employees on health management plans and workers compensation.
  • Develop rehabilitation programs and plans for workplace injuries.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in workplace rehabilitation and injury management.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and associated processes.
  • Ability to liaise and communicate effectively across multiple levels of the business and medical/allied health providers.
