Senior Veterinary Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate veterinarian to take on the role of Regional Clinical Director in our East/West region. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who wishes to drive clinical excellence, mentor emerging leaders, and foster a culture of innovation across our regional clinics.

This leadership position will involve working closely with our national team of Regional Clinical Directors and our Chief Veterinary Officer, who share a deep commitment to the veterinary profession and its future.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance across multiple clinics.
  • Collaborate closely with in-clinic teams to assess needs, support development, and build strong relationships.
  • Champion best practices and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals.
  • Stay ahead of advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate innovations into practice.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Queensland.
  • Memberships in Small Animal Practice would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for mentoring and empowering others.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed.
