Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a thriving ecosystem of professional services that drive customer success and expand delivery capacity.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement joint offerings, target markets, and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify, onboard, and enable services partners on our latest features and best practices for delivery.
  • Manage commercial relationships, including master service agreements, subcontracting processes, and joint engagement protocols.
  • Work with sales teams to develop and close joint services opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in a partner-facing or alliance management role within an enterprise software company.
  • 5+ years of experience focused specifically on Professional Services sales, either directly or through partners.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and/or boutique consultancies.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets in a partner-centric sales model.
  • Strong understanding of services contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and commercial aspects of subcontracting and partner agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
