The role of cabin crew member is ideal for those who are independent and self-reliant, managing the entire cabin while ensuring passenger safety and comfort. This requires strong customer focus, providing a caring and personalized service while traveling to diverse Australian destinations.

Key responsibilities include equipment and security checks, in-flight announcements, food and beverage service, cleaning, and handling various situations in the cabin. It is a rewarding position with every day different and a great team spirit.

Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Be no taller than 173 cm
  • Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Meet one of the following criteria: completed 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years, worked in the UK, Ireland, or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or completed IELTS with an overall grade of 5.5
  • Be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) involving a police security check
  • Have experience in customer service
  • Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device
  • Be flexible, with varying working hours including holiday times and peak periods
  • Have a high level of personal presentation
  • Have a natural willingness to please and care for people
