Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Flight Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during flights.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high standards of passenger service.

You will be required to manage the cabin safely and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary checks and procedures are completed before take-off and landing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cabin Safety and Management: Ensure the cabin is safe and secure at all times, completing all necessary checks and procedures before take-off and landing.
  • Passenger Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, responding to their needs and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • In-Flight Services: Deliver high-quality in-flight services, including food and beverage service, cleaning duties, and handling any cabin situations that may arise.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Be 18 years or over, hold current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011), and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate within the last 3 years.
  • Education: Completed 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
  • Other Requirements: Hold Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) with police security check, be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device (swim assessment required), and have a high level of personal presentation.
