Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Brand Specialist Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our brand and creative content team. Your primary duties will include project coordination, maintaining brand consistency, and adhering to guidelines.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure briefs are clear and complete, monitor resource allocation and timings to ensure adequate allocation to projects, and maintain internal channels to support brand requests across the organization.

This is a hands-on experience in a creative environment with purpose, helping to ensure the delivery of meaningful on-brand content.

Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing incoming briefs from the MarComms team, assisting in managing the team's workload in Jira, and ensuring brand consistency across the organization.

You will also support the Multimedia Producer in uploading and tagging content, and assist in upholding brand standards across all touchpoints.

In this role, you will bring your proven ability as a Creative writer and thinker with a strong eye for detail, as well as your team-player mentality and sound analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will have the ability to think strategically and execute briefs and projects against timelines to meet commitments, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
