Product Management Expertise
">- The role involves supporting the delivery and sustainment of Defence High Frequency Communications System (DHFCS) capability under the SHFC Program.
This is a product management position that requires analysis and implementation of strategies to optimize Defence asset use, manage relationships with contractors, and participate in acquisition program activities.
">You will be working closely with the Integrated Product Manager and Deputy Manager on budget, finance, and sustainment activities. Your goal is to ensure timely communication on project requirements and risks.

- Participate in Acquisition Program Activities
We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can effectively engage stakeholders.
">Candidates must have high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project planning tools, experience working in fast-paced project environments, and knowledge of One Defence Capability System (ODCS) and Defence policies.
">Able to lead, coach, and support teams through strategy and change initiatives, you must also hold a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
