Our client is offering a long-term contract opportunity to an experienced ICT Product Manager.

**About Us**

The Division is a dynamic and highly competent team that brings together digital retail functions from various branches within the Agricultural Trade Group. Objective? To revolutionise the way we deliver digital and data products, creating efficiencies and excellence across our suite of mission-critical systems and services.

**Your Role**

As a Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Strategic Leadership**:Shape the strategic direction of our digital services, from Discovery through Alpha and Beta phases to live delivery.
- ** Outcome Ownership**: Take charge of outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- ** Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including user researchers, service designers, and delivery managers.
- ** User-Centric Approach**: Understand the export process and empathise with both internal and external users.
- ** Project Management**: Run end-to-end projects, managing competing priorities and navigating complexities.

**What We're Looking For**
- ** Experience**: A minimum of 5 years in product management, with a strong focus on digital transformations. Extensive expertise in designing, building, and delivering cloud and hybrid solutions, particularly in Microsoft Azure
- ** Track Record**: Demonstrated success in owning outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
- ** Agile Mindset**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- ** Collaborative Spirit**: Build and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- ** Strategic Thinker**: Translate insights into actionable plans, driving impactful results.
