Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community programs, events, and services that promote the well-being of older adults.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to build age-friendly initiatives.
  • Provide information, referrals, and resources that enhance the quality of life for older adults.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of older community members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Diploma qualification in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • First Aid and CPR qualification or willingness to obtain.
  • Current Blue card or willingness to obtain.
