Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance services, including painting, electrical works, and basic construction activities.

About the Role:

  • Provide on-site maintenance services, including but not limited to painting, basic electrical works, hanging paintings, TV installations, maintaining air conditioning units, tiling, assisting with furniture moves, basic plumbing and general ad-hoc repairs.
  • Maintain gardens and grounds, including upkeep of gardens, mowing lawns, garden edges, watering, weeding, digging, planting etc.
  • Engage and manage contractors for any major works or specialized maintenance, assist with contractor access to property.
  • Ensure that all maintenance work is followed within specifications and building regulations.
  • Regular interaction and assisting with resident queries.

About You:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
  • Confident with a wide range of ad-hoc and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Familiarity with accreditation procedures advantageous.
  • Ability to conduct regular site safety inspections to verify that work areas, work methods, materials, plant and equipment comply with policy and procedures.
  • White card holder.
  • Drivers license - Class C.
