We're seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

This role involves ensuring safety-critical inspections are not bypassed or compromised, and monitoring for human factors that could impact task integrity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing task sign-off of maintenance tasks, working alongside licensed aircraft technicians, and participating in and improving maintenance cycles through PBED (Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief).

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Certificate IV or above in Aeroskills - Mechanical or Avionics, eligibility under DASR 145 MOE for task sign-off, and qualifications to authorise maintenance work within the maintenance structure.
