Property Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all rooms, amenities and communal spaces within the property are well-maintained and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of all rooms, amenities and communal spaces to identify any maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
