The Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Ambassador to join our Client Services team for a large corporate client in Sydney. As a Corporate Ambassador, you will provide exceptional customer service by managing all internal and external visitors through the precinct, maintaining high standards of security, and ensuring all passes are returned.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of internal and external visitors, ensuring a seamless and secure experience.
  • Allocate temporary access passes to visitors and ensure all passes are returned.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Client Services team to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Requirements

  • Concierge and/or reception experience in a corporate head office or high-end hotel.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Patient and considerate towards customers and internal and external visitors or stakeholders.
  • High level of organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of visitor management software an advantage.
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • The ability to remain calm, professional, and focused at all times, especially during busy periods.
  • Immaculately presented and well-groomed.
