ABOUT THE CULINARY PREPARATION SPECIALIST:
We are in search of dedicated and skilled Culinary Preparation Specialists to enhance our casual workforce. As a Culinary Preparation Specialist, your contributions are vital to the kitchen's success, ensuring that all food items are prepared to the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare ingredients for culinary tasks, which includes chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, and creating sauces.
  • Adhere to recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
  • Assist in managing inventory by tracking stock levels and alerting management of shortages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by following sanitation protocols and assisting with dishwashing duties.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to enhance preparation processes and boost efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience as a culinary preparation specialist or in a comparable role within a professional kitchen.
  • Familiarity with fundamental culinary techniques and food preparation practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management abilities and effective task prioritization.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
