About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ktalent. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of projects and programs that align with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement P&C Strategies: Collaborate with the P&C Business Partner to develop and implement P&C strategies that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
  2. Lead HRIS and Performance Framework Delivery: Lead initiatives to enhance our HRIS and performance framework, ensuring seamless integration and effective data analysis.
  3. Enhance Culture and Engagement: Design and implement programs to enhance our company culture and employee engagement, including wellbeing initiatives and recognition programs.
  4. Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for P&C documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  5. Manage Recruitment Cycle: Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-senior staff and internships, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
  6. Employee Relations and Compensation: Provide advice and support on employee relations matters and compensation programs, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of employees.
  7. HR Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  8. Process Improvement: Continuously improve P&C processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 Years of P&C Experience: Proven experience in P&C advisory roles, with a strong track record of developing and implementing HR projects and programs.
  2. Strong Knowledge of P&C Laws and Regulations: In-depth knowledge of P&C laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS Platforms: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  4. Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Business, or Organizational Development.
