Job Title: Building Manager
This is a rewarding and challenging role working collaboratively with the building management committee and owners corporations to ensure their mixed-use site is managed and maintained to an excellent standard.
We are seeking an experienced building manager to join our team for a long-term stable opportunity to support our operations across sites located around the Sydney CBD and eastern suburbs.

- Capability of following quality management procedures and company policies.
Major responsibilities will include:
- SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT OF CONTRACTORS, CONSULTANTS AND COORDINATION.
- EXTENSIVE LIAISON WITH OWNERS, RESIDENTS, STRATA MANAGERS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS.
- PROACTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS.
- UNDERTAKING REACTIVE REPAIRS INCLUDING LOGGING, ACTING AND RESPONDING.
- SCHEDULING AND ARRANGING STATUTORY CERTIFICATION AND INSPECTIONS OF COMMON PROPERTY.
- CCompiling detailed progress reports and maintaining comprehensive records & database.
- Act on behalf of the Client in relation to WHS and environmental requirements such as contractor induction, reviewing contractors Safe Work Method Statements and other duties that may be required to ensure the site is a safe place to work and live.
We encourage applicants with technical backgrounds who have either worked in the strata industry, facilities management, property or contractor management or may have enjoyed success in a trade or construction environment and are looking to make their mark in a new industry. We require the following attributes:

- Ability to build solid rapport with residents and strata committees.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- MICROSOFT OFFICE SKILLS - OUTLOOK, EXCEL, WORD.
- A strong administrative background.
- An appreciation of customer service.
- FLEXIBILITY, ADAPTABILITY, AND ABILITY TO INFLUENCE AND MOTIVATE OTHERS.
