Job Title: HR Business Partner

At Randstad, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Management Teams: Collaborate with management to understand business needs and develop HR strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Oversee Performance Reviews: Design and implement performance review processes to ensure fair and effective evaluation of employee performance.
  • Develop HR Policies: Create and review HR policies to ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Act as Primary HR Contact: Provide expert HR advice and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Foster Positive Workplace Culture: Promote a culture of inclusivity, open communication, and respect.
  • Identify Skills Gaps: Analyze skills gaps and develop targeted training programs to improve staff performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate on Workforce Strategies: Work with management to assess staffing needs and develop short- and long-term workforce strategies.
Requirements:
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence others.
  • Proactive and Adaptable: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • HR Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a service centre or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
