Seasonal Customer Experience Associates

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Seasonal Customer Experience Associates.

This festive season, we're hiring across various locations in Australia and New Zealand to support our car park, concierge and valet services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our customers during our busiest and most exciting time of the year.

We're looking for friendly, reliable team members who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences. Whether you've worked in customer-facing roles before or you're ready to make your debut, this is a great opportunity to bring your energy, smile, and passion for helping others.

As a Concierge Attendant, you'll be the friendly face of our centre and play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs
  • Provide directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promote and sell services to enhance the customer experience

You'll go above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves with a smile on their face. You'll feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting and be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

This is a seasonal casual role, offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our destinations. The role runs from October to January/February, with shifts based on business needs.
