Seasonal Concierge Team Members

We are currently hiring for seasonal concierge team members to support our car park, concierge and valet services across our Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand.

This festive season, we're looking for friendly, reliable team members who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences for our customers. Whether you've worked in customer-facing roles before or you're ready to make your debut, this is a great opportunity to bring your energy, smile, and passion for helping others.

As a Concierge Attendant, you'll be the friendly face of our centre and play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

Some of your festive duties as a concierge team member will include:

  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
  • Providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promoting and selling our Gift Cards and other services

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience
  • Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)

This is a seasonal casual role offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations. The role runs from September to January/February, with shifts based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist guests at the concierge desk
  • Provide directions and information
  • Promote and sell Gift Cards and other services
