Christmas Job Opportunity

We are seeking charismatic and cheerful individuals to join our team as Christmas Helpers this season. As a Christmas Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with decorating Christmas trees, hanging wreaths, or setting festive tables to add joy to our customers' homes.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable retail experience in a busy, high-volume environment. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of products and assist with operational tasks such as unpacking, replenishing stock, and visual merchandising to keep stores attractive.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, love homewares and Christmas, and bring high energy, confidence, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with decorating Christmas trees, hanging wreaths, or setting festive tables
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging store environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking, replenishing stock, and visual merchandising
Requirements:
  • Availability from mid-November, especially between 15 December and 4 January
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (if required)
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and procedures
