Festive Season Team Members

About the Role:

We're seeking friendly and reliable team members to join our Services Team this festive season. As a Services Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating effortless and memorable moments for our customers across our Concierge and Car Park services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with directions and helpful solutions to enhance their visit
  • Manage traffic flow and support car park operations during busy periods
  • Operate a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

You'll also require a provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggy.
