About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Content Coordinator to join our team at Penrith Rugby League. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our website and app, creating engaging content for social media platforms, and assisting with video production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the editorial components of our website and app
  • Produce high-quality video and photographic content for distribution across our digital network
  • Assist with scheduling organic and commercially led content across all social media channels
  • Support the planning, filming, and editing of regular and one-off video content in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage gameday social media content for NRL and Pathways games
  • Provide photography and video content support for key Panthers Foundation events and programs
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting specific deadlines

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in website management
  • Proficient skills in end-to-end video production and still photography
  • Experience using cameras, lighting, and sound equipment to achieve high-quality results
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • An interest in sport, particularly Rugby League, is advantageous

Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility with working hours, including regular weekend work and occasional travel during the NRL season. The successful candidate will be required to work at Panthers games throughout the season, including away games out of Sydney and interstate.

Remuneration Package

The estimated salary for this role is around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive benefits package.
