Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bonds Coffs Harbour store. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, creating memorable experiences for our customers, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

You will be required to work day/night shifts and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster, so flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and create memorable experiences for customers.
  • Respond to customer needs with proactive solutions.
  • Maintain clear and upbeat communication with customers and team members.
  • Be flexible to work during the week, in the evenings and on weekends as required.
