Job Title: Caregiver for Elderly and Disabled

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide personalized support to our clients who require assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.\
  • Help with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and household chores.\
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.\
  • Administer prescribed medications according to the client's schedule.\
  • Assist clients with grocery shopping and meal preparation.\
  • Encourage healthy lifestyle choices and promote physical activity.\
  • Support clients in developing new skills and interests.\
  • Enable community participation by transporting clients to appointments and social events.\
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.\
  • Adapt communication techniques to meet each client's unique needs.\

Requirements:

  • Full legal working rights in Australia.\
  • A personal vehicle with third-party insurance is mandatory for transporting clients.\
  • A valid Driver's License is preferred.\
  • Hold a Yellow Card or be willing to apply.\
  • Hold a Blue Card or be willing to apply.\
  • Excellent availability, including weekends and nights, is essential.\
  • Certificate 3 or above in community services or individual support.\
  • A strong understanding of Asian Culture and Cultural Practices.\
  • Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.\
  • People from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.\
