Job Description

This role involves providing person-centered care to elderly residents in a supportive and compassionate environment. As a caregiver, you will work closely with the nursing team to ensure that residents receive high-quality care that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks for residents
  • Provide companionship and engage residents in activities such as reading, games, and exercise
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
