Are you a skilled drafter looking for a challenging opportunity?

This role is available in the Parliamentary Counsel's Office, where you will work on drafting legislation for Government and private members of the Legislative Assembly.

The primary function of this position is to create complex legislation, oversee drafting projects, and review the work of other drafters.

Key skills required include:

  • Admission to practice as a legal practitioner of the ACT Supreme Court, the High Court, or the Supreme Court of a State or another Territory.
