Job Purpose:

Helping people achieve their rehabilitation goals and make the most out of life is important work. As a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will play a critical role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment
  • Make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community
  • Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor clients' progress toward their return-to-work goal

Requirements:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
