Job Title: Speech Pathologist

We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants each year with the care they need, when and where it is needed.

We adopt a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families.

Help us provide life-changing support that can improve independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing.

Successful candidates will use a strengths-based approach to guide assessment, goal setting, and intervention.

  • Use standardised and non-standardised assessments tailored to the participant's needs to inform clinical reasoning.
  • Deliver speech therapy interventions in settings aligned with participant goals.
  • Collaborate with a local multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Hold current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Be passionate about working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Have a desire to make a meaningful impact in the community.
  • Possess experience delivering services under the NDIS.
