Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a senior manager to lead our digital strategy and technology modernisation team in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology consulting and a strong understanding of digital services such as cyber security, data analytics, and information management.

You will be responsible for delivering client engagements, building team performance and capability, and supporting consulting partners in client delivery, business development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic advice on digital transformation, technology implementation, innovation strategies, technology risk, and uplift tailored to client needs
  • Deliver assessments of clients' current technology landscapes and recommend solutions
  • Manage engagement teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
  • Foster and develop client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in technology consulting in a professional services firm
  • A market profile and digital specialisations from a broad base of experience
  • Experience working as a senior team member guiding resources to deliver on agreed outcomes
