Job Title:

Digital Transformation Manager

Description:

This is a high-visibility role with strong cross-functional engagement. The department is undergoing a major ICT uplift, including a new service delivery model that involves exploring the expansion of its ITSM platform to create a streamlined digital front door.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Manager and Enterprise Architect to ensure project alignment with strategic priorities, architectural standards, and governance requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, including technical teams, vendors, and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Manage project risks and issues proactively and escalate where appropriate.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to governance standards, including change management and quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and governance bodies.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in managing IT infrastructure, cloud, and application development projects. They should be proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK) and have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
