Key Role in Property Performance

The Senior Property Manager oversees the performance of a premium commercial portfolio across the ACT region, working closely with stakeholders to maximise asset value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading a team of facilities managers and administrators, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met through proactive budget management, developing strategic plans for property assets, managing stakeholders, driving leasing campaigns, implementing risk management practices and delivering timely financial reporting.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in property/asset management, preferably with high-quality office assets
  • Real Estate Licence relevant to ACT required
  • Proven track record in office lease negotiations
  • Strong leadership abilities with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of financial aptitude and commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to add value through capital works, leasing strategies and space optimisation
  • Experience preparing detailed asset plans, complex budgets and comprehensive reports
  • Intimate knowledge of the commercial office sector
