Corporate Real Estate Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to take ownership of our national property portfolio based in North Sydney.

This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape a newly outsourced real estate function and play a key role in managing transactions, lease administration, financials, and client relationships.

  • Lead end-to-end property transactions, including lease renewals, rent reviews, surrenders, and negotiations.
  • Oversee lease administration, financial management, and reporting processes.
  • Manage a small team across leasing, lease administration, accounts payable, and compliance functions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service delivery.
  • Provide strategic insights through portfolio analysis and regular performance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and support long-term planning.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate real estate or property management.
  • A strong understanding of leasing practices, lease administration, financial processes, and transaction management.
  • Proficiency in lease management and accounting software.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in telecommunications or digital infrastructure is highly regarded.
  • A tertiary qualification in commercial property or a related field.
  • A current NSW Real Estate Certificate.
