Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital business strategies to improve efficiencies in patient care and organisational efficiency.
  • Work closely with SA Health departments to manage clinical information systems, corporate systems, and patient management systems.
  • Champion digital innovations to enhance operational effectiveness and ensure continual improvement of digital health capability.
  • Identify digital approaches and opportunities to enhance health services and ensure service delivery through resource management against priority needs.

Requirements

  • Proven high-level interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply sound analytical skills and strategic thinking to drive and implement change.
  • Experience in delivering and managing large, complex change management processes or environments, preferably in a clinical context.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital systems within Australian healthcare clinical settings.
