We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team in Lismore.
About the RoleThe role involves providing administrative and clerical support to the manager and team to facilitate the proficient operation of the service. This includes timely and accurate administrative and transactional services for members of the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the manager and team
- Manage documents, files and records
- Perform tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
