**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and parts transfers activities.

The main objective of this position is to coordinate logistics and parts transfers activities for service parts and accessories within the aftersales division. This includes planning transport for new sites, implementing and reviewing agreed transport systems, processes, and procedures, and providing advice on and assisting managers in the development of policies and standards for transport to improve guest experience.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and analysing performance against targets for your area, and recommending countermeasures where required to ensure that agreed objectives can be achieved. Additionally, you will update and maintain reporting systems to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop assessment and selection of suppliers to secure delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost. You will also coordinate and facilitate transportation forums to ensure that plans, progress, and issues, including transit damage, incident reporting, parts and accessories processing, and storage damage, are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have accumulative experience in logistics, operations, and transport, ideally in a project environment. You should be well-organised, able to prioritise workloads on an hourly/daily basis, plan strategically, and work well under pressure and to strict deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
