The Role
About the JobThis position is ideal for a dynamic and community-focused professional who wants to make a genuine impact on the lives of Victorians.
The Program Management Specialist will support the successful delivery of projects and initiatives in a dynamic IT team.
Key Responsibilities:- Organise project meetings, workshops, briefings, and presentations.
- Coordinate project events, including venue bookings, catering, tech support, registrations, and pack creation.
- Manage project purchase orders, invoices, and financial tracking documentation.
- Develop and manage project reports.
- Support the development and implementation of project communications.
To be successful, you'll need to demonstrate initiative, adaptability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe following skills and qualifications are required:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
