Senior NPD Project Engineer

The Senior New Product Development Project Engineer serves as the bridge between technical, sales, marketing and customer service functions to guarantee that products meet market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new applications or emerging trends in Australia and overseas to highlight growth opportunities
  • Lead the team in successfully introducing new products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver industrial/consumer products
  • Ensure product specification and testing methodology meet industry standards
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Electronic Engineering
  • 6-8 years experience in relevant mechanical or electro-mechanical product development field
  • Project management skills related to product development and delivery of industrial/consumer products
  • Experience dealing with product or electrical compliance standards
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
