Product Development Leader

As a key player in our organisation, we are seeking a Senior New Product Development Project Engineer to lead the development of innovative products that meet market requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the conduit between technical, sales, marketing and customer service functions to ensure product quality.
- Identify new applications or emerging trends in Australia and overseas to highlight growth opportunities.
- Lead the team in introducing new products and assist in customising designs to customer needs.
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Electronic Engineering is highly desirable.
- 6-8 years experience in a relevant mechanical or electro-mechanical product development field is required.
- Project management skills related to product development and delivery of industrial/consumer products are essential.
- Experience dealing with product or electrical compliance standards is advantageous.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
