Senior Product Development Lead

The role of senior product development project engineer serves as a vital conduit between technical, sales, marketing and customer service functions to ensure that products meet market requirements. This position assists in the customization of designs to customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality outputs.

- Collaborate with design and development teams to tailor products according to customer preferences
The senior NPD Project Engineer will work closely with the Director of Engineering to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities both locally and globally. This insight-driven approach enables strategic planning for the introduction of new products, fostering innovation and driving business success.
Candidate Profile- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical product development
- Project management expertise related to product development, including specification and testing methodologies
- Experience dealing with compliance standards for electrical products
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
