Fund Servicing Specialist

Fund Servicing professionals manage client relationships, ensuring timely deliverables and resolving queries. This role requires experience in Fund Operations & Unit Trust Pricing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client management, involving query resolution, meetings, and review of SLAs;
  • Meeting all deliverables on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
  • Ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and implementing procedures;
  • Liaising with Relationship Managers and Client Service Managers to ensure they are informed of issues and status of deliverables and staff movements;

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills include:

  • Minimum five year's experience in Fund Operations & Unit Trust Pricing (Administration/Management/Accounting);
  • Strong systems and technical knowledge of HiPortfolio, Investone (or asset management systems) and GTI (or custody systems);
  • Excellent working knowledge of financial markets and instruments, both domestic and international;

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills include:

  • Completion of, or currently studying towards, a relevant post graduate qualification;
  • Strong PC skills in particular Excel;
