About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Specialist Support Coordinator / Senior Case Manager to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our participants.

Why this role matters

You will be responsible for managing complex NDIS participant plans, analysing funding and ensuring it is allocated correctly. You will also work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that plans are optimised and funding is used effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex NDIS participant plans and analyse funding to ensure correct allocation.
  • Work closely with Service Leaders, Regional Managers, finance, triage, and growth teams to flag and resolve issues early.
  • Rebuild relationships with major plan managers and strengthen external stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide monthly participant funding reports and review shift notes to ensure documentation compliance.
  • Partner with case managers (SIL/IHC) to support participants and prepare high-quality reports for external stakeholders.
  • Handle challenging conversations with families, guardians, plan managers, and providers professionally.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to participants as required.

About You

  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of NDIS participant plans and funding structures.
  • Leadership capability - influencing internally and externally.
  • Finance literacy - plan analysis and funding allocation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence dealing with difficult or high-pressure situations.
