Investment Funds Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Funds Specialist to join our team in the Cayman Islands.

This is an exciting opportunity to enhance our Investment Funds practice, providing expert advice on a diverse range of asset classes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and exceptional written communication and drafting skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advisory services to global clients on structuring, establishing, and operating fund products.
  • Reviewing transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective across various structures and jurisdictions.
  • Drafting and negotiating fund documentation and agreements.
  • Managing transactions end-to-end with efficiency and precision.
  • Engaging with domestic and international clients, building strong relationships.
  • Participating in business development, promoting our firm and identifying opportunities for new work and cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years' PQE in investment funds, ideally from a top-tier law firm.
  • Outstanding technical expertise and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues, thriving in a team environment.
