Mental Health Clinical Team Leader

This role offers a leadership challenge to provide clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary team within our High Security Inpatient Service. Ensuring high-quality mental health care is provided in an efficient manner.
About the Role- You will lead and be accountable for the day-to-day activity of a clinical team, delivering high-quality patient care.
- You will possess strong clinical knowledge and skills in forensic mental health care and contemporary service delivery.
- You will understand the organisational Vision, Mission and Objectives and contribute to their implementation.
- You will leverage your expertise to maximise team potential in a transparent and effective manner.
- Vaccination against certain diseases as outlined in the relevant directive.
- Qualification and registration with the appropriate authority or association in Australia must be demonstrated.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
